One of our annual Christmas traditions is to make lots of cookies. We experiment often, but always make frosted sugar cookies and soft molasses cookies. (Daddy loves molasses cookies.) C quickly realized that he could push a dining chair against the kitchen baby gate and reach the cooling molasses cookies, snatch one, and jump down before I could respond. We lost two cookies to this tiny thief before I finally relocated the pile.
