Nostalgic Strawberries

Right across our house, visible through the neighbor's treeline, there sits an expansive fruit farm. Our family has loved visiting this farm, long before we lived in close proximity. We've hardly missed a pumpkin patch hayride, or a strawberry picking season in our almost eight years as Pennsylvania residents. We visited the pumpkin patch on the very day that I found out we were expecting C. And we visited the strawberry patch with a 3-day old C.

During this year's strawberry visit, I came to notice as I peered through the camera lens, just how much these children have grown. I wonder how soon they will stop wanting to attend our farm visits; how soon they'll be away from home and unable to join us.

So, along with the strawberries, I am savoring these trips and these photos and these moments.
