Today we took the kids to the Great Insect Fair. It was SUPER crowded, but we still managed to get in a few good times. G and S got their pictures taken in a butterfly cut-out, saw some honey bees and other insects in action, and made insect art projects:

Baby C slept for most of the Insect Fair, so we were able to maximize our time. After the fair, we headed to the mall where they were holding a reptile show. S could not have been happier. As we left he looked back longingly and said "Bye, bye snakes!" Ladybugs are cool and all, but they are just not quite as cool as snakes, at least in the eyes of a 2-year old.
The family headed home for some college football. At one point during the game, completely unprompted S yells out "Go Hokies!" Randy could not have been more proud.
