G's Second First Day of Preschool

Today was G's second first day of preschool. She was super excited to join the 4 year-old class this year (see pic).

During orientation on Tuesday, G's teacher mentioned the "K" word: kindergarten! I am so not ready to let her go yet and I find myself super thankful for another year with my only girl around. I plan to make it count.

S would start preschool yesterday if we let him. Maybe that will be the incentive to get him to finally wear big boy underwear - they don't let you wear diapers in preschool! (Well, sometimes they do, but S doesn't need to know that.)

Baby C was also thrilled today, but not by preschool:

We also took the kids for a walk at the mall. They got to ride on the coin-operated machines and they got to share a soft pretzel. It was a good day to be an Adkins kid. :)
