Why I'm Usually Filthy

Thought Process: "The kids are watching t.v., the baby is asleep...Score! I can take a shower!"
<Turn on water. Get in shower. Start to lather up. Little voice chimes in.>
S: "Mama, are you in da showa?"
Me: "Yes Buddy, I'll be right out."
<Rinse off. Grab shampoo.>
<Sound of many bath toys being dumped into the tub.>
S: "Here ya go, Mama."
Me: "That's okay, Buddy. I don't need toys. I'll be right out."
<Rinse. Grab conditioner. Another little voice begins.>
G: "I took a shower this morning!"
Me: "Ummm, why did you need a shower this morning?"
<Rinse. Grab face wash.>
G: "Because I pee-peed in my underwear and it went all over me and my bed!"
Me: "Groan..."
<Sound of more toys being dumped into the tub.>
<Me turning off shower.>
S: "Mama, are you aww done?"
Me: "Yup, I'm all done."
S: "Good job, Mama!"
Me: "Thank you, S."
<S proceeds to identify my body parts that aren't usually in view as I attempt to wrap a towel around myself and try to distract him.>
Me: "Did you get to watch Thomas this morning?"
<S runs out of the bathroom without so much as glancing at me. Toddlers are odd.>
<I throw on clothes and walk into the office and G pops into sight.>
G: "That sure was a pretty quick shower, Mama."
<Indeed.>
